After more than fifteen years in Berlin, Francesco Devincenti moved his studio to Friuli while continuing projects and collaborations across Italy and Europe.

His artistic practice brings together production, mixing, record cutting, and sound system culture. Dub, dub techno, jungle, garage, and breakbeat become open materials for experimentation.

His research uses the space, bass, and studio techniques of Jamaican pioneers as tools for contemporary electronic music, rather than treating dub as a purely nostalgic form.

Gasolio Dubplate Series
Gasolio Dubplate Series is an independent project that approaches dub as an evolving language rather than a nostalgic form. Electronic productions and limited editions place space, bass, and studio techniques in dialogue with techno, jungle, garage, sound design, and new technologies to build a contemporary, open, forward-looking dub.
